One Client's Experience

"Working with Ms. Odums has really helped me me to grow up mentally and emotionally. She has taught me to stop feeling sorry for myself, and reclaim my power to take responsibility for my life. The tough love I receive from her is unconditional. Sometimes I get angry at her because she always tells me the truth ; even when I do not want to hear it.  That is is what I love about her the most;  she is compassionate, honest, real and  holds the mirror to me.  She does not allow me to make excuses for bad choices I make and holds me accountable for my life. Ms. Odums supports me in figuring things out for myself and being able to confront/express my feelings. She really understands me and I am comfortable revealing my true self to her because she does not judge me.  I really connect with her, she is easy to talk to because she is transparent with her own thoughts and feelings, like no other therapist I have experienced.  I know I get on her nerves with all my drama (lol), but she accepts me totally for who I am; which helps me accept myself  and motivates me to become, what she calls, the best version of myself ".
